A linoleum block print depicting a hare smoking a pipe, with heavy machinery (specifically- Bobcats) in the background. The Malecite First Nations people painted pipe-smoking rabbits on their canoe prows (one side) with predators on the other side. The imagery was intended to evoke ‘Courage in the Face of Ones Enemies’. Part of an edition of three, printed in black ink on Rives art paper. Unmounted and unframed print.
